Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ReceiptDrop ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is provided by Wander Ventures S.L. ("we", "us", "our"), registered in Madrid, Spain.

Description of Service

ReceiptDrop is a receipt scanning and management application that allows you to capture, organise, and export receipts as PDF documents. All processing occurs on your device.

Free Tier and Subscriptions

ReceiptDrop offers a free tier with up to 50 receipt scans. After the free limit, a paid subscription is required for continued use:

• Monthly: Auto-renewing subscription billed monthly
• Annual: Auto-renewing subscription billed annually
• Lifetime: One-time purchase granting permanent access to all Pro features

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods, in accordance with Apple's refund policies.

Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the change.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use ReceiptDrop only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to process fraudulent or illegal documents
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or its functionality

Intellectual Property

ReceiptDrop, its design, code, and brand assets are the property of Wander Ventures S.L. and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App.

Your Data

All receipt images, OCR data, and exported documents remain on your device and under your control. We do not access, collect, or store your receipt data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that OCR results will be perfectly accurate. ReceiptDrop is a scanning tool — you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of extracted data before relying on it for financial, tax, or legal purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wander Ventures S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data or inaccurate OCR output.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply under EU law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
